Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided.
Returns & Exchanges
Online orders can be returned if you contact us as soon as you receive the parcel and the product is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Online orders cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded simply because the customer has changed their mind and no longer wants the product.
If the customer selects the wrong size or colour, the customer will be responsible for the courier cost to return the item and any courier cost associated with sending the exchanged item.
Any approved return must be in its original condition and should be unworn, unused and unwashed, with original tags and packaging where applicable.
